Cooper is a commercial-focused agent whose primary services are investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation. His underwriting background allows him to thoroughly analyze deals to maximize value and assist investors, owners, and tenants in making the best real estate decisions possible.
Cooper was born and raised in Sonoma County which provides him with an in-depth understanding of not only the geographic area, but also the pulse of the market. After graduating from Santa Rosa High School, Cooper attended California State University Fullerton where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Decision Science and a minor in Psychology.
While in college, Cooper spent time learning from and working with many of the top real estate professionals in Orange County. By surrounding himself with people in all aspects of the industry, he understands the perspective of sellers, developers, investors, and property managers. Cooper is a results-driven leader and is extremely dedicated to his craft.
During his final year of college, Cooper was elected to serve in student government on the Board of Directors representing the College of Business. He helped facilitate the research, planning, and initial approval of the Wellness Initiative, a 30-million-dollar project that will expand the Student Union and Recreation Center.
Aside from real estate, Cooper enjoys spending time fishing, golfing, hiking, and rooting for Bay Area sports teams. Family is extremely important to Cooper and he is thrilled to be back near them in Northern California.
